Thankly is a donation receipt management platform designed to help nonprofit organizations create, manage, and send tax-compliant donation receipts to their donors. The Service includes features for importing donor data, generating PDF receipts, and sending receipts via email.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information as needed
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

While Thankly is designed to help generate tax-compliant donation receipts, you are solely responsible for ensuring your receipts meet all applicable tax and legal requirements. We recommend consulting with a tax professional or legal advisor regarding your specific compliance obligations.

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thankly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
