Tracking your usage
Your usage is tracked on the Donations page and Billing page. You'll see:
Upgrading your plan
- Go to your organization's Billing page
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Enter payment information (if not already on file)
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
If you reach your monthly receipt limit:
- You'll see a warning on the Donations page
- You can still view and manage existing donations
- New receipt sending will be paused until you upgrade
- Your limit resets at the start of each billing cycle
We recommend upgrading before reaching your limit to avoid interruptions.
Managing payment methods
Adding a payment method
Go to Billing → Payment Methods → Add Card. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Updating your card
Go to Billing → Payment Methods. Click the menu on your current card to update or remove it.
Viewing invoices
Past invoices are available on the Billing page. Click any invoice to download a PDF receipt.
Canceling or downgrading
You can cancel or downgrade your subscription anytime from the Billing page. If you cancel:
- Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period
- You'll retain access to all features until then
- After expiration, you'll move to the free Community plan
- All your data and donation records are preserved
