Tracking your usage

Your usage is tracked on the Donations page and Billing page. You'll see:

Receipts sent this month
Remaining receipts in your plan
Usage progress bar
Billing cycle dates

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to your organization's Billing page
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Enter payment information (if not already on file)
  5. Confirm the upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my limit?

If you reach your monthly receipt limit:

  • You'll see a warning on the Donations page
  • You can still view and manage existing donations
  • New receipt sending will be paused until you upgrade
  • Your limit resets at the start of each billing cycle

We recommend upgrading before reaching your limit to avoid interruptions.

Managing payment methods

Adding a payment method

Go to Billing → Payment Methods → Add Card. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Updating your card

Go to Billing → Payment Methods. Click the menu on your current card to update or remove it.

Viewing invoices

Past invoices are available on the Billing page. Click any invoice to download a PDF receipt.

Canceling or downgrading

You can cancel or downgrade your subscription anytime from the Billing page. If you cancel:

  • Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period
  • You'll retain access to all features until then
  • After expiration, you'll move to the free Community plan
  • All your data and donation records are preserved
