Donation Management Guide

View, search, filter, and manage all donation records in your organization. Track receipt status and add donations manually.

Viewing donations

The Donations page shows all donation records for your organization. You can view donations in a table format with columns for:

Donor name
Email address
Donation amount
Donation date
Receipt status
Source (CSV, Stripe, Salesforce)

Searching

Use the search bar to find donations by donor name or email address. Results update as you type.

Filtering

Filter donations by receipt status (sent/unsent), date range, or amount range using the filter controls.

Donation actions

Edit donation

Click on any donation row to open the edit panel. You can update the donor name, email, amount, date, address, and notes.

Download PDF

Click the download icon to generate and download a PDF receipt for any donation. Use this for manual delivery or your records.

Delete donation

Remove a donation record from the edit panel. This cannot be undone. Receipts already sent to donors are not affected.

Adding donations manually

For one-off donations not imported via CSV or integrations, you can add them manually:

  1. Click the "Add Donation" button on the Donations page
  2. Enter the donor name, email, amount, and date
  3. Optionally add address and notes
  4. Click Save to add the donation
  5. Send the receipt immediately or later

Pagination

The Donations page shows donations in pages. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages. You can also change how many donations appear per page (10, 25, 50, or 100).
