Set up your Thankly account and start generating donation receipts in minutes. Follow these steps to get your nonprofit configured.

Create your account

Sign up with your email address. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

Create your organization

Enter your nonprofit's name to create your first organization. You can add more organizations later if needed.

Complete your profile

Add your organization details: legal name, EIN (tax ID), mailing address, phone number, and website. This information appears on donation receipts.

Upload your logo

Upload your nonprofit's logo to brand your donation receipts. PNG or JPG format, recommended size 400x400px.

Choose a receipt template

Select from 6 professional templates. You can customize the accent color and preview how receipts will look.

Customize your messages

Write a thank-you message for donors and review the IRS tax attestation text that appears on receipts.
