How to generate receipts

Individual receipts

From the Donations page, click the send icon next to any donation to generate and email a receipt to that donor.

Batch generation

After a CSV import, use the bulk send feature to generate and email receipts to all donors at once with progress tracking.

Download PDFs

Click the download icon on any donation to download the receipt as a PDF file for your records or manual delivery.
